Kac, Ka and Kl can have different values on the footwall and the hanging wall. Ec and Edz: thickness of the fault core cell and damage zone respectively. All fault cells are implicit cells, which allows to avoid any re-meshing of the section depending on the chosen thicknesses. Therefore, these fault cells are not visible on figures showing the mesh of the section.
