Comparison of reading and writing throughput on the Lustre filesystem and on a Lustre-backed IME filesystem for a range of file sizes for the ExSeisFlow sort benchmark run on 32 cores. The throughput represents how quickly data can be passed between the filesystem and the parallel program. The Lustre + IME, as expected is faster than the pure Lustre system.
