Saturation profiles Y(sw) calculated using (24) which consists of a dimensionless number N0 and a saturation integral. Variation of parameters in N0 (a) that increase N0 by the same factor from the base case, but do not change the saturation integral, result in an identical new case corresponding to a compression of the base case profile. Changing viscosity (ratio) or flow fraction (b) affect the saturation integral and can change the saturation range and profile shape in general. Compressing these profiles would not cause them to overlap.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
