OGST - Revue d'IFP Energies nouvelles is a bi-monthly journal concerning all disciplines and fields relevant to exploration, production, refining, petrochemicals, and the use and economics of petroleum, natural gas, and other sources of energy, in particular alternative energies with a view to sustainable development. OGST - Revue d'IFP Energies nouvelles has an Editorial Committee made up of 13 leading European personalities from universities and from industry, and is indexed in the major international bibliographical databases. ISSN (Print Edition): 1294-4475 From its first 2012 issue, Oil & Gas Science and Technology - Revue d’IFP Energies nouvelles (OGST) gets a new cover page designed to better reflect the evolution of the journal. Indeed, we welcome an increasing number of articles illustrating the major scientific works related to the energy transitions and performed in view of a sustainable development. Each issue will thus have a specific cover page, including an illustration (photo, diagram) taken from an article representative of its main theme. This change is also intended to support OGST’s growing impact which resulted in recent years by increasing its number of citations and its impact factor, from 0.4 in 2002 to 1.059 in 2010.
